Stephanie Brandt

Stephanie  is owner of Bluegrass Bliss, LLC.  She discovered Yoga in 2000 at The Om Place in Winchester, Ky.  Nature has always had a place in her heart and continues to keep her grounded. The practice of yoga keeps her balanced in the body, while her job as an ichthyologist keeps her balanced in nature. Stephanie decided to take her practice full circle and completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Om Place in 2011.  She has been teaching yoga in Richmond for 6 years.  Her love for yoga grew with the realization of the physical demands of her profession as well learning to quiet the mind. Yoga transformed her life and opened her mind to the complexity of the human body and the interconnectedness we all share.  Stephanie is excited to help create balance in the body and mind through developing both strength and flexibility.  


Laritza Gomez

Laritza has been practicing yoga for over two years and was first drawn to yoga because of a fascination with movement, the complexity of the human body, and she wanted to bend like a pretzel. She was not expecting yoga to change her life in the greatest of ways; her practice became the vehicle for self-discovery and the time when she feels most at peace.  She received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 from The Om Place.  Her goal is to ensure that her classes are fun, but challenging and that they will eventually lead you to find your own strength and dive deeper into your own mind.
